Types of Home/Residential Services
Alarmco, Inc. leases and installs hardwired and wireless systems.  The difference between them is the wiring and the standby batteries.

Hardwired Systems:
A home that has accessible crawl space or attics is ideal for this system.  However a small amount of drilling is required but most wires are hidden.  Contacts on doors and windows are recessed out of view.

Wireless Systems:
If your home has high and open ceilings with slab, marble or tile floors a wireless system is ideal.  These systems are compatible to the use of panic buttons and hand held keypads. The devices are slightly larger than their hardwired counterparts due to the use of lithium batteries for every devise.  We will replace the lithium batteries (while you are under contract) every five years or as needed.

Monitored Smoke-Heat Detectors:
