| On Nov 15 & 16 our branch was remodeled which meant someone from Alarmco would need to be here to disconnect our alarms. When Mr. Kingston arrived, we were not quite ready for him due to the fact that we were moving boxes and equipment into a U-Haul. Instead of him just waiting until we were ready for him, he jumped right in and helped us with the moving of boxes, etc. Far too often all we hear are complaints, well we want you to know what an outstanding employee you have. Mr. Kingston was polite, pleasant and very professional. We truly enjoyed working with him and hope to work with him in the future. |
